BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Joe Abrams- Chairman

Joseph Abrams has over 30 years of management experience in the technology sector. Mr. Abrams co-founded Intermix Media in 1998, the predecessor company to MySpace, which was sold to News Corp. in 2005 for $580 million.

In 1983, Mr. Abrams co-founded The Software Toolworks, Inc., a publicly held developer, publisher, and distributor of educational and entertainment software, which was sold to Pearson, Plc. In 1994 for $462 million.

Edward Roffman

Edward Roffman was until recently the Chief Financial Officer of Cryptic Studios, Inc., a leading independent developer of massively-multiplayer online games. Prior to Cryptic Studios, Mr. Roffman has held several key financial positions at Activision, including Controller, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, and was a key contributor to Activision's successful 1983 Initial Public Offering.

Mr. Roffman has also served as CFO and COO of Palladium Interactive, a PC gaming company, and was instrumental in the company's sale to The Learning Company. He has also held CFO positions for several business software companies, including Forte Software (sold to Sun Microsystems) and Illustra Information Technologies (sold to Informics) as well as Internet companies such as PhotoPoint.

In addition, Mr. Roffman also serves on the Boards of Directors of Silverstar Holdings and Akeena Solar, Inc. and is the Chairman of Adex Media, Inc.

Geoffrey Heath

Geoffrey Heath has over forty years experience in the multi-media industry. He was until recently the CEO of NCsoft Europe and is an advisor to various US and UK companies in the multi-media arena ranging from computer game and internet related companies to music companies. His career started in music publishing working with many famous writers, most notably John Lennon and Paul McCartney. He guided the media company ATV into music publishing acquiring Northern Songs for €10 million and building up a catalogue which was eventually sold to Michael Jackson for €60 million.

He was acclaimed for his services to the music industry with the Ivor Novello Award, the highest award in the industry. This was the first and only time this award has gone to a publisher. Some 25 years ago Mr. Heath moved into computer and video games, initially with the American company Activision in the early days working on the Atari 2600 platform. In 1988 he established Mindscape International, the European arm of The Software Toolworks in his home. This company grew from a staff of 2 to 120 and was acquired as part of the Software Toolworks Group by Pearson PLC for $462 million in April 1994. In July 2006 he received an honorary Doctor of Arts from Abertay University Dundee.

MANAGEMENT


Matt Abrams - CEO

Matt Abrams brings over six years of experience in founding and managing Internet businesses, including key roles at Intermix Media, the parent company of Myspace.com, and as founder of Online Marketing Group Inc.

Mr. Abrams founded Online Marketing Group in May 2004, advising numerous Internet properties on online traffic strategies through April 2008. Previously, he served in a variety of roles at Intermix Media from March 2003 until April 2004, including the creation of the Fantasy Sports division of the company's SkillJam.com property, with responsibility for business development, product development and marketing of the Fantasy Sports platform.

Mr. Abrams holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester.

Frank Westall- Founder/President

Frank Westall has over 25 years of experience in the software and internet industries, all in either startup technology or marketing companies. He previously founded two software publishing companies (Fifth Generation-Fastback Software as well as DTG Inc.-System Sleuth) as well as Strategic Alliance Partners, a service marketing company with software publishing clients such s Mindscape and Activision.

In addition, in the late 1990s he helped to found and build CasesLadder.com, an Internet company that grew from 2,000 members to over 2.5 million within 18 months and was part of the Euniverse network of websites. In addition Mr. Westall was one of the original founding team members that created Euniverse Inc, the parent company of MySpace.com.

In 2007 Mr. Westall formed Nvinium Games based upon his previous years of experience developing social networks within the game industry. (well really it was due to the fact that all he did was play games)

Odelon Miranda- Founder/Sr. VP Development

Mr. Miranda has over 15 years of programming experience at every level of development, from conception, to release and beyond.

Previously he was a Senior Web Programmer for Big Interactive, a technology development and marketing company based in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Miranda's experience also includes over 5 years as a Senior Programmer at GMA New Media Inc., the technology division of GMA 7, the largest television network in the Philippines.

Mr. Miranda co-founded Nvinium Games with Mr. Westall and holds a BS in Computer Science from one of the leading Colleges in the Philippines.
