Welcome to Covert Ops, a social network service that is operated by Nvinium Games, Inc. ("Nvinium") which includes of, in addition to other elements, software which you have downloaded or may be preparing to download, any applications that are developed by Nvinium and offered through social networking sites (.SNS Apps.), any software that is being run on Nvinium's servers, (.Nvinium Software.), any kind of software that you have embedded on a web site or are may be preparing to embed (.Nvinium Games.), content, related documentation, information on the Nvinium domain, and any information that is made available by users for each other through the Nvinium Software (collectively, the .Service.).  

Your privacy is paramount to our company and, as explained within this Privacy Policy, our company has created the service in a way that protects information about you from unauthorized submission to others. This Privacy Policy describes the method we use to collect, use and, under certain circumstances, share your personally identifying information. What We Collect 

Nvinium gives you several choices regarding what kind of information that you will give us: 

When you complete a registration profile with Nvinium, your profile which includes any information (name, address, gender) will be registered with Nvinium. 

When you identify yourself on a Nvinium site, you may be identifying yourself through a social network account that sends additional information about your profile to Nvinium. 

When you identify yourself on a Nvinium site, you may identify yourself using a Nvinium account. 

In any of these cases, we will collect and make note of the information that you have given to us. Other than your typical names and email addresses which you provided at your choosing, we don't typically collect any .Personally Identifying Information. about our users (such as social security number, telephone number, street address, drivers license number, etc.), exception being for billing and payments where we store your billing information such as name, street address, phone number. We may offer you the opportunity to submit other information about yourself (such as gender, age, occupation, hobbies, interests, zip code, etc.), or we may be able to collect that information from social networking systems on which you have used Nvinium Games or SNS Apps (in accordance with the terms of use of those systems), which would then also be covered by this Privacy Policy. 

In addition to the information you include about yourself, you may decide to share other information about yourself in other kinds of content ("Content"), in games for example. Any action that you perform with other players are considered public, and at your own discretion. 

When you use an SNS App, or register with Nvinium, you may be given the chance to upload your address book to enable your communication with your friends through our Service. We may also offer you the choice to submit other information about yourself (such as gender, age, occupation, hobbies, interests, zip code, etc.) at your discretion.  
 

Please keep in mind that since much of the Nvinium Software is being served through SNS Apps, it is your responsibility to fully read and accept any other SNS Apps. Terms of Use, as well as their Privacy Policy before to continuing. 

Each time you invite new members into your network or when you send messages through our Service, we collect and maintain on secure servers the information associated with those messages, including email addresses and content. 

We may also collect information about you from other sources, which include  newspapers, blogs, instant messaging services, and other users of the Nvinium service through the operation of the service (e.g., photo tags) in order to provide you with more useful information and a better, more personalized experience. By using Nvinium, you are consenting to have your personal data transferred to and processed in other countries we may be doing business in 

Nvinium may contain links to other websites. In addition, you may have linked to our website from another website that is not owned or controlled by us. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other such websites, and this Privacy Policy applies only to information as described within this policy. You also need to be aware that much of the content delivered through Nvinium games actually originates with another content provider. These other content providers may place .cookies. on your browser, or otherwise gather information about you and your actions, which includes asking you to provide information through the site itself. 

Finally, in order for us to provide the best possible experience in order to allow us to create certain internal reports and give recommendations, we also collect aggregate information about the use of the Service, which includes information about the users accessing the Nvinium site or those playing Nvinium games or using SNS Apps located on other sites, such as internet protocol addresses, landing pages, browser type, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, other browser history, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time that was spent on certain pages, and the date and time (.Activity Information.). 

By using our Service, you agree to consent to our storing all the above-described information in anonymous form as long as Nvinium sees fit. 

Children Under The Age Of 13 

Nvinium does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 13, please do not try to register for Nvinium or send us any information about yourself, which includes but is not limited to your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 is authorized provide any personal information to or on Nvinium. In the case that we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 we will delete that information as quickly as possible. How We Use Your Information 

We do not sell or rent your .Personally Identifiable Information. to other third parties. We may, however, use certain information about you that is not personally identifiable. 

We may, however, use certain information about you that is not Personal Information in determining the kinds of Content that you would like to view and to assist any advertisers in targeting their advertising.

We also use non-personally identifiable information and certain technical information about your computer and your access of the Service in order to operate, maintain and manage the Service. 

Nvinium may disclose personally identifiable information to our partners in order to provide the Service, resolve service problems and correct errors in the Service (including customer inquiries, billing and credit corrections), to communicate with you about the Service, to provide you with advertising and promotional information in connection with the Service, and to enhance your experience on the Service. However, these companies do not have an independent right to share this information.  

Due to our contractual obligations with these third parties and the need to share personally identifiable information to deliver and support the Service, we cannot provide you with the opportunity to opt-out of sharing personally identifiable information with these third parties. Your personally identifiable information may be provided to a third party if Nvinium files for bankruptcy, or there is a transfer of the assets or ownership of Nvinium. You can terminate your account and we will remove your profile and other personal information from view. Nvinium, however, may (but is not obligated to) keep information about you that is on its system following your termination of your account. We maintain the right to transfer the personal information we collect in the event of a transfer of ownership of Nvinium or the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Nvinium related to the business which collected such information, such as acquisition by or merger with another company. Others' Information 

You may choose to provide us with another person's email address in order for that person to be invited to join Nvinium or so that we can begin your communication with other people of your choosing through the Service (for example, when you upload an address book).
